  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • If the item does not meet the criteria above, the return may be declined, and the product will be returned to you.
  • If a refund is granted, you will be refunded back to your original payment method or issued a store credit, depending on your preference. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return.

 

faulty returns:

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@beyondthebag.com.au with images of the issue. We’ll investigate and work with you to resolve it promptly.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the order date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

  2. Our team will confirm the availability of your requested item and provide further instructions.
  3. Once we receive your original item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchange.
  4. If there is a price difference between the items, you will be required to pay the balance, or we will refund the difference if applicable.
