Yes! We offer free shipping across Australia. Whether you’re near or far, we’ll get your new bag to you at no extra cost.

can i return my bag?
We want you to love your bag! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please visit our Refunds and Returns Page for more details on how to initiate a return.
How long does delivery usually take and how much does it cost?
We dispatch orders daily, typically within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Standard Post: Delivery usually takes between 3-7 days and is free within Australia.
- Express Post: Delivery usually takes between 1-3 days and costs $15 within Australia.
We send all orders from Perth. If you’re closer to us, your order is more likely to arrive at the earlier end of the delivery window.
All orders are tracked, and a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we fulfill your order.
Parcels will be delivered between 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Delivery times are based on Australia Post guidelines. Beyond the Bag will not be held responsible for delays outside our control.
Pre-Orders: If your order is out of stock and on pre-order, shipping will take up to 3 to 5 weeks. We will keep you updated and ensure your purchase arrives within the specified time frame.
How much is international delivery and how long does it take?
All international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes may apply for orders shipped outside of Australia and are not included in the order cost. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the receiver.

- Payment of these charges (if applicable) is necessary to release your order from customs.
In the event that import taxes and duties are not paid and the shipment is refused, the goods will be returned to us. A refund will be issued less shipping and return fees once we receive the returned goods.
International deliveries may take up to 21 working days, depending on your destination.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
